How we score tools

We don't use reader star ratings or invented review counts. Every listing is built from verifiable facts, plus an editorial score that we label clearly.

1. Facts come from the vendor

Pricing, plans and features are taken from the vendor's official pricing or documentation pages. Each listing shows the source links and the date we last checked them. If a price is not public, we say "contact sales".

2. The SMB score (small business track)

The score runs from 1 to 10 and is weighted toward what matters to a 1–50 person business:

Status: current scores and setup times are editorial estimates from vendor documentation. Hands-on testing is in progress, and listings will be marked "Tested" once it is done.

3. Enterprise track

We don't score enterprise platforms on a single number. Instead we document the pricing model (per seat or consumption), licensing prerequisites, how the platform is deployed and any partner programs, so buying teams can compare like for like.

4. Money and independence

We may earn affiliate or referral commissions, and we sell clearly labeled sponsorships and featured placements. Paying never changes a score or the facts in a listing. Sponsored items are always marked "Sponsored" or "Featured".

5. Corrections

If you spot a mistake, email hello@bizaiweekly.com (inbox coming soon) and we'll fix it and update the "last verified" date.
